I've hired several different housecleaners since I moved to San Jose, and Alfs is the only one I've decided to have back. They're quick (probably due to sending 3-person teams instead of less), communicate clearly in English, and do an excellent job. They've managed to get stains out that other cleaners have left behind (or made!), and I've never had to ask them to go back and clean a thing that they skipped the first time around. They also have good availability - unlike with many other highly-rated housecleaners on Yelp, I've never had trouble getting an appointment.

They got the job done but could have done better. Communication was difficult and that caused some things to be missed. What was cleaned was done in detail though. For a deep clean I would expect more time and would have been willing to pay more for what was provided.

I am really impressed by the deep cleaning job done by Alf's magic maids. Nohelia and her teammate did a wonderful job. They put a lot of extra efforts, and attended details in a great manner. My house looks like a brand new remodeled house after their work. It is really amazing. Their work really exceeds far beyond my initial expectations.
