I want to start off by saying that both my wife and I are professionals. We have very high standards when it comes to service. We believe in hard work and meeting excellent standards and that is no different than when we hire for work to be done for us. Alfonso and his crew were absolutely top notch. They were excellent. They exceeded our expectations with the professionalism by which they completed their job and they took great care in tending to every detail to ensure that we were satisfied. They were reasonable in the cost of their services and there was no hassle and no haggle. I personally appreciated the diligence in which Alfonso responded to every one of my inquiries. I cannot express our appreciation for the work they did for us. We found a cleaning crew that we will definitely use going forward for all of our cleaning needs. I've hired several different housecleaners since I moved to San Jose, and Alfs is the only one I've decided to have back. They're quick (probably due to sending 3-person teams instead of less), communicate clearly in English, and do an excellent job. They've managed to get stains out that other cleaners have left behind (or made!), and I've never had to ask them to go back and clean a thing that they skipped the first time around. They also have good availability - unlike with many other highly-rated housecleaners on Yelp, I've never had trouble getting an appointment.
