Staffs were friendly. But very disappointed about the service. Ordered for moving-in deep cleaning of a 4b3b including cleaning of all the windows, inside the cabinet and refrigerator etc and carpet washing. After cleaning, several windows were still obviously dirty even that I confirmed with them to clean all the 17 windows. The kitchen faucet was still dirty even after I pointed it out and requested them to clean again. Black marks left on my wall which was just painted a week ago. Cannot name them all so I'm posting some photos after cleaning for reference.

  I had a really expeirence with Alfs! Sol was one of the workers and she was great she went above and beyond and did a really thorough job cleaning various aspects of our home. The services were also very affordable and we definitely got our moneys worth.

  Work fast and hard. Did a good job overall. Some areas that needed a deep cleaning were however missed which is why I used this service to begin with. Communication was difficult. I would use this service again if the areas that were missed would be done next time and this could be confirmed beforehand.
